Your tasks
- Coordination and monitoring of work assignments and cleaning procedures
- Carry out regular cleaning inspection and, if necessary, assistance in cleaning
- Acceptance of customer complaints and their timely execution
- Verification of compliance hours and control and distribution of consumables
- On-site occupational safety monitoring
- Personnel administrative tasks
- Support for recruitment of employees and temporary staff for holidays
- Responsibility for machinery, equipment and cleaning rooms
- Participation in internal training events

- Technical or craft training completed
- Further training as a building cleaner EFZ or in housekeeping
- Professional experience in the FM, building cleaning, housekeeping industry
- Style-confident German in word and writing, further language skills of advantage
- Good knowledge in the MS Office range (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Correct reputation and operating extract
- Driving licence Cat. B
- Resident in the region
- Self-employed and reliable
