BAULEITER:IN 80 – 100% In order to continue and expand our success story, we are looking for a:n dynamic:n and experienced:n Construction manager: in 80 – 100% immediately or by appointment at one of our locations in Maienfeld, Savognin or Davos. Your Role Overview In this responsible position, you lead construction projects and use your organizational talent and leadership skills to ensure that our projects are implemented on time, economically and successfully.
Your tasks include
- Control of construction site processes as well as ensuring quality, costs and deadlines
- Preparation of specifications and negotiations with entrepreneurs
- Close cooperation and support of the project manager
You bring that with you
- Basic technical training with further training as a technician: in construction planning, dipl. Construction manager: with several years of experience in construction management
- Experience in TU or GU projects is advantageous
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Leadership, teamwork and assertiveness
- Flexibility, resilience and motivation for versatile timber construction projects
