Introduction
For our customer, a renowned company in the construction industry, we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as a project manager: in construction. You play a key role and control construction projects independently from start to finish.
Tasks
- Management of construction projects over all phases - from preparation to realisation and final handover
- Coordination of all project participants and ensuring a smooth project flow
- Management of deadlines, costs and quality as well as proactive management of project risks and challenges
- Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and safety requirements
- Conduct and moderate meetings and document progress
- Preparation of tenders, evaluation of tenders and monitoring of procurement processes
- Efficient resource and scheduling in close cooperation with the construction management
Profile
- Training in construction (e.g. civil engineer:in, architect:in, technician:in or construction manager:in)
- Several years of experience in managing construction projects
- Sound know-how in construction processes, standards and tenders
- Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and contracts
- Safe in dealing with common tools
- You are assertive, organized and keep track even in demanding situations
- Very good knowledge of German
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Category B driving licence
