- The tasks shall be:
Leadership of a dedicated team of data protection and compliance specialists Active expansion, further development and ongoing optimization of our compliance and data protection management system Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (especially in the regulated environment) Design, development and implementation of regulations, instructions, control mechanisms and training concepts Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments (e.g. FINMA\/BAG\ requirements, DSG) and pragmatic implementation in processes and internal guidelines Analysis of regulatory developments (e.g. FINMA\ requirements, DSG) and pragmatic implementation in processes and internal guidelines Planning and implementation of compliance risk analyses, controls and audits Processing and investigation of compliance reports incl. Completed studies (law, economics or similar), ideally with subject-specific further education in the field of compliance or data protection Several years of operational experience in setting up, developing or professionalizing compliance and/or data protection functions – ideally at an insurance company or bank Sound knowledge of regulatory
