- Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, HR and administration
- Co-shaping of strategic and operational corporate development
- Direct management of accounting, controlling and liquidity planning
- Professional and disciplinary management of several teams
- Driver role in digitalization and AI deployment
The requirement profile ####
- Completed business studies or eidg. Specialist card
- Several years of management experience in the commercial sector of an SME
- In-depth knowledge in accounting (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), controlling and liquidity planning as well as experience in personnel administration
- Stylistic German, English is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, operational involvement and communication strength
