• Creating offers for individual guests and groups for all Mountain Hotels
• Conducting consulting and booking meetings by telephone and mail
• Preparation of reservations with control and payment entries
• Check-in process at the reception for guests of the group houses and mountain hostels
• Issuing ski passes for Mountain Hotels guests
• Guest support and information about hotels and other offers of mountain railways
