The main tasks ####
- Independent management of demanding civil engineering projects
- Coordination with representatives of the building authority
- Organisation of construction site processes and management of employees
- Responsibility for the professional use of machinery and equipment
- Participation in construction meetings and work preparation (AVOR)
The requirement profile ####
- Basic training as mason, road builder or similar
- Sound professional experience in civil engineering required
- Completed training as a polisher or foremen
- Organisational strength in site management and preparation
- Communication ability in dealing with building owners
- High operational readiness and resilience
