- In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the breakfast and lunch service at the Hide restaurant, as well as the early service at the bar and the evening service at our gourmet restaurant ECCO.
- You work independently from ordering to debt collection and supervise and advise our guests at the highest level.

Main responsibilities

- Completed training as a restaurant specialist
- Experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy A warm and competent guest care, "passionate host
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations and do not lose the overview A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
- Independence, reliability and sense of duty Resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Respectful treatment of colleagues and superiors
- Good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Italian advantageous
