Become part of the Hotel Altein and the Alpensand Panorama Restaurant, Casual Italian Cuisine and come to Arosa.
Your tasks
- Preparation of pizza according to traditional Italian recipes and according to high quality standards.
- Operation and maintenance of the wood pizza oven.
- Production of pizza dough, sauces and toppings, as well as their daily freshness control.
- Creatively design new pizza creations taking into account seasonal and local ingredients.
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Cooperation with the kitchen team and active support for general kitchen tasks.
- Care and cleaning of work utensils and surfaces after each shift.
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef or pizzaiolo
- Several years of experience as Pizzaiolo, ideally in an Italian restaurant.
- Knowledge of wood pizza ovens.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and an eye for detail.
- Teamwork, flexibility and resilience, especially in stressful situations.
- Good knowledge of German or English
- Knowledge of Italian is beneficial.
- A high degree of reliability and cleanliness.
