Main responsibilities
- The three restaurants of the hotel individually provide culinary highlights; of modern creations inspired by Asia, Orient and Occident in Hide & Seek, over Engadine specialties in the rustic ambience of Stüva, up to the high art of star cuisine in Ecco St.
- Moritz.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of your workspace in the Hide & Seek restaurant and our Stüva restaurant.
- This includes ordering as well as controls regarding quality, hygiene and safety.
- You work in a powerful and dynamic team and cook at a high gastronomic level. Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef in the gastronomy/hotel industry Experience in a comparable position
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
- Independence, reliability and sense of duty Resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
