- You accompany customers in challenging multiple problems

You bring this with you:
- Completed basic paramedical training
- CAS Case Management and/or Social Security Card
- Several years of experience in case management desirable
- Good network of service providers in the canton of Graubünden
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex situations
- You combine empathy with the necessary assertiveness and communicate confidently even in demanding situations
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Mobility and a valid driving licence category B
