- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and canteen areas, as well as the F B back-office area
- Proper use and maintenance of the machinery and equipment provided
- Preparing meals in accordance with the instructions of the station chef, head chef or sous-chef | Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Initial professional experience in upmarket catering
- Ability to cope with pressure, attention to detail and a very high standard of quality A structured and organised approach to work A keen interest in team-oriented work
