- A responsible role at the interface between process management, departments and IT, with direct influence on the further development of our specialist business in the area of private customers
- Identification of pain points and efficiency potentials through the analysis of support cases and operational processes as well as the conception, coordination and support of improvement measures for the optimization of processes and supporting systems
- Cooperation in strategic and tactical projects for the further development of processes, systems and services in private customer business
- Creation and maintenance of professional test cases as well as performance of function, regressions and end-to-end tests
- Flexible working hours and up to 2 days home office per week (with 100% employment)

You bring this with you
- Several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry.
- Further training in business administration, business informatics or a comparable discipline is advantageous
- Experience in the analysis of technical issues, processes and operational problems as well as pleasure in developing sustainable solutions
- Experience with the preparation of professional test cases and in the professional testing of business applications, ideally in the insurance or financial services environment
- Independent work, teamwork and responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
- High communication strength and the ability to mediate between department and IT
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
