Introduction
For our customer, an established company in building construction, we are looking for a practical and reliable personality as a polisher: in building construction. In this function, you take responsibility for your construction sites and keep daily processes on track efficiently.
Tasks
- Operational overall responsibility on the construction site - from the facility to the handover
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs
- personnel and equipment and material management
- Clearly structure AVOR and daily routines
- coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring smooth construction site logistics
- Design according to plan according to SIA standards and consistent compliance with SUVA/HSE requirements
- Quality assurance on the construction site: self- / external checks, defect detection and follow-up of measures
- Rapporte & documentation: director and performance reports, building diary, protocols
- Cooperation in cost and scheduling controlling
- contact person to construction management, building manager and authorities
- Active participation in construction meetings
- You lead, instruct and promote your team. Learners and live occupational safety
Profile
- Completed vocational apprenticeship in the building industry (e.g. mason: in EFZ or equivalent)
- Further training as a building polisher: in with Federal FA or dipl. Polisher:in; advantageous technician:in HF construction management
- Several years of experience in building construction
- Strong enforcement, structured and solution-oriented
- High level of personal responsibility and teamwork
- Very good German in word and writing
- Cat-B driving licence
