Introduction
For our customer, a solid and established company in the construction/building industry, we are looking for a professionally competent and reliable personality as a polisher: in building construction (m/f/d). As a polisher in building construction, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising construction work as well as guiding construction workers on the construction site.
Tasks
- Leadership of the construction site in building construction (quality, dates, costs) - from installation to acceptance
- Planning, organisation and coordination of daily work processes, AVOR, resource and personnel planning
- coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring logistics and material availability
- Implementation of plans according to SIA standards, as well as compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
- Quality assurance on the construction site: self- and external controls, defect management, protocol management
- Reports, government reports, performance monitoring and cost control assistance
- contact person on the construction site for construction management, building manager and authorities
- Participation in construction meetings
- Leadership and promotion of the construction site team (instruction, occupational safety, learners)
Profile
- Completed basic training in the building industry (e.g. mason: in EFZ or equivalent)
- Further training as a building polisher: in with federal technical certificate or as a dipl. Polisher:in; advantageous technician:in HF construction management
- Several years of practice as a polisher:in/foreman:in building construction (crude construction, formwork/reinforcement work, extension)
- Strong enforcement, structured and solution-oriented
- High willingness to take responsibility and teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Driving licence Cat. B
