Your environment

• Distributed across the four residential groups in Rothenbrunnen as well as the outside residential groups in Chur and in

Roveredo, the Rothenbrunnen home center offers a total of 76 residential places.

• Your future workplace is a shared apartment for adults with mental disabilities

• Your field of activity focuses on participation in all areas of life

Your tasks

• You care for adults with mental impairments according to the concept of “functional health”, the systemic constructivist attitude and social psychiatric principles

• You accompany clients in everyday practical and social life

• You network and work with internal and external bodies

Our requirements profile

• You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist / qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or qualified social worker / qualified social worker HF/FH respectively. as a health specialist or care specialist

• You have professional experience in the psychiatric field

• You are a person of warmth and integrity

• You treat your counterpart with respect and dignity

• You have high social and personal skills and like working independently

• You are flexible and have a high sense of responsibility
