To strengthen our teams in the decentralized Chüra operations in Samnaun, Scuol and Zernez, we are looking for a role immediately or by appointment: Main tasks of care & support
- Participation in the implementation of nursing actions according to care planning and documentation
- Observation of the health status of the residents and forwarding relevant changes to the responsible specialists
- Implementation of simple therapeutic and activating measures according to instructions Everyday life & activation
- Supporting the residents with the daily structure as well as with social and community activities Activities
- Promoting orientation, well-being and a meaningful everyday life Relationship building
- Building and maintaining a respectful, empathetic and professional relationship with residents and relatives Household & Organization
- Carrying out household tasks such as cleaning, laundry or helping with meals
- Ensuring a well-kept, safe and pleasant living environment Team & Collaboration
- Working together in an interprofessional team and actively contributing to a positive team culture
- Adhering to institutional standards, quality assurance requirements and hygiene guidelines Requirements: Requirements profile
- Completed training as an assistant in health and social affairs (AGS), nursing assistant SRK or equivalent recognized qualification
- Enjoy working with elderly people as well as an empathetic, respectful attitude
- Strong social and professional skills as well as a responsible way of working
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
