The Operations business unit produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. In this way, we remain agile, independent and efficient.

You can do that

• You support the smooth running of our modern production and assembly processes and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our production.

• Support for production employees in technical issues

• Analysis and correction of disruptions in the production environment

• Electronic and mechanical assembly and testing of assemblies and instruments

• Setting up and supporting production lines

• Cooperation in improvement projects to increase quality, safety and efficiency

• Participation in the introduction of new products into production

• Support for the preparation and updating of work instructions and technical documentation

• Close cooperation with production, quality, engineering and logistics departments

• Support for lean and CIP activities

This is what you bring

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, automatic, mechatronic or equivalent)

• Experience in an industrial production environment

• Technical understanding of production processes

• Enjoying the analysis and solution of technical challenges

• Secure handling of IT systems and MS Office

• Structured and independent working methods

• Very good knowledge of German and English is advantageous

• Team-oriented and communicative personality
