The Operations business unit produces parts for all Hamilton companies from injection moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. In this way, we remain agile, independent and efficient.
You can do that
- Supporting Hamilton AG’s Quality Director in maintaining and maintaining the integrated QMS
- Cooperation with the quality managers of the various business units and their teams to maintain and ensure regulatory QMS requirements
- Enforcement of process policies in all areas
- Planning and implementation of internal and external audits Maintenance and further development of the QMS
- Advising process owners with regard to group-wide synergy potential in process optimization
- Management of cross-functional and cross-location projects to improve the QMS incl. CAPA projects
- Cooperation and support of the quality managers in the branches for the establishment and expansion of the QMS
- Performing gap analyses in the regulatory area, implementing regulatory requirements
- Support of the system owner for the CAQ System Babtec in the maintenance and further development of the system modules
This is what you bring
- Technical or scientific higher education with degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality management systems
- very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing mind. Level B2
