- Preparation of application, execution and detailed plans
- Plan processing and drawing with ArchiCAD
- Preparation and submission of building inputs
- Clarification of authority and approval issues
- Support of construction management and architecture in everyday project work
- Maintaining project documentation
- Take over smaller projects with self-responsibility
- Creating visualizations and marketing plans
- Possibility of working in Davos or Savognin
What you bring
- Completed basic training as a draftsman:in EFZ or comparable qualification
- Professional experience of several years
- Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD and MS Office programs
- Self-employed, self-responsible and efficient working methods
- Structured and networked thinking and targeted action
- Openness and motivation for exciting timber construction projects
