ARCHITECTION:IN B.A. OR IN TRAINING 50 – 80 % You want to combine your training as an architect FH with demanding practice and take on responsibility in execution planning? What you do with us
- Development of execution and detailed planning up to the ready-to-build solution
- Development of design and detail solutions in timber construction, in coordination with static and specialist planners
- Creation of building application, execution and detailed plans as well as planning processing with ArchiCAD
- Coordinating specialist planners and contributing to the call for tenders
- Preparation and submission of building inputs as well as clarification of authorities and approval issues
- Participation in cost determination and scheduling
- Self-responsible assumption of sub-projects and independent management of smaller projects
- Supporting construction management and architecture across all project phases
- Maintaining project documentation
- Creating visualizations and marketing plans
- Opportunity to work in Davos or Savognin
What you bring
- Ongoing studies as an architect FH or completed basic training as a draftsman:in EFZ with the aim of the FH degree
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on execution planning
- Sound understanding of building construction and building law
- Very good knowledge in ArchiCAD as well as in the MS Office programs
- Self-employed, self-responsible and efficient working methods
- Structured and networked thinking and targeted action
- Openness and motivation for exciting timber construction projects
