Tasks & Responsibility

• Check and manage invoices
• Support in cost control and project and budget analysis
• Contract management, orders and administrative processes
• Team support in organizational and administrative activities
• Workwear management
• Organization of meetings, internal events and staff activities

Profile & Requirements

• Commercial or administrative training or equivalent
• Experience using systems such as SAP and/or OneERP
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good mastery of the German language, both written and oral (minimum B2)
• Compliance with continuous improvement and compliance procedures
• Good analytical capacity and familiarity with numerical data
• Knowledge of English and/or accounting are preferential title
