The company’s headquarters are located in the Canton of Glarus. In front of a picturesque Alpine backdrop, we produce our fresh chocolates here and constantly develop new, innovative ideas in agile teams. In our production, we produce fresh couvertures from high-quality raw materials. • You optimize existing manufacturing processes to continuously improve the quality of our products
• You lead and accompany technological projects in all areas of production
• You plan, coordinate and carry out tests directly on the production facilities
• You support product development in the feasible design and introduction of new products
• You work closely with product development, production, continuous improvement and quality management
• You strengthen technological know-how and support production in quality and efficiency optimizations
• You will become an active member of our internal sensor team

You bring that with you

• You have a degree in food technology, food sciences (FH/ETH) or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience from the food industry, ideally in the chocolate industry, and have already successfully led projects for process and quality optimization
• You work in a structured, analytical, solution-oriented manner and have a strong quality awareness
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments and manufacturing processes and work independently, prioritize and bring a strong hands-on mentality
• You have excellent communication and cooperation skills for cross-departmental cooperation and are happy to take on responsibility
• You have a great passion for the product chocolate
• You speak fluent German and ideally bring good English skills
