- You are responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process for specialist, management and key positions mainly in retail
- You control the recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business partners and the executives – from the needs analysis to the contract signing
- You define requirements profiles, selection criteria and suitable recruiting channels together with the Hiring Managers
- You conduct interviews independently and accompany the selection process until the final decision
- You build up sustainable talent Pipelines for succession appointments and
- uses Active Sourcing and Direct Search, especially via LinkedIn
- You act as a sparring partner:in for executives and HR Business Partners in all questions about recruiting strategies and recruiting personnel
- You proactively drive Active Sourcing and identify suitable talents mainly for retail positions in the global environment
- You support the further development of social media activities as well as with Employer Branding initiatives
- You provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Requirements
