- In our development program "Avanti" you will acquire the logistics trade for 18 months and develop into a successful leader in the distribution zone Zurich.

- You can do that – as versatile as you are in the field of tasks: From letter and parcel logistics to sorting and transport to delivery – you will learn everything.
- You will learn the management culture and priorities of the post office, take over the management of small management teams and implement your knowledge directly in practice.
- You will be actively coached by the departmental management so that you can seamlessly take over the representation in their absences.
- You will work in different projects and working groups or direct them yourself.
- Accompanying practical training, we support external further training in the field of "Management", "Logistics/Process Management" and/or "General Management".
- You will be able to do this - you have completed a vocational training in logistics and/or in the commercial field and already have management experience in a leading role.
- You are happy to take responsibility and also want to develop "off the job" through further training.
