Role overview
The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-saving company.
It includes the EPI WohnWerk, the Lengg upper school, the donation Dapples, a seminar centre with restaurant and the EPI central services.
In addition, the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation, together with another foundation, forms the sponsorship of the Lengg AG Clinic, each with a clinic for epileptology and neurorehabilitation.

- Personnel and professional management of the EPI Park restaurant with a team of 5-7 employees
- Active cooperation in day-to-day operations (about 70%) incl. Weekend services as host
- Complete training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Proven leadership experience in a lively operation ideally in system gassing
Main responsibilities
- Personnel and professional management of the EPI Park restaurant with a team of 5-7 employees
- Active cooperation in day-to-day operations (about 70%) incl. Weekend services as host
- Working hours: majority day service (08.00 – 17.00)
- participation at about 30–40 events and evening events outside regular working hours
- Ensuring a hospitable and service-oriented service for our guests Support in service planning
- Responsibility for sale, planning, organisation and execution of banquets and events
- cooperation in the creation, management and purchase of goods
- Leadership, promotion and further development of your team
- Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards
- Close cooperation with gastronomy and cooperation in the seminar centre
Key requirements
- Complete training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Proven leadership experience in a lively operation ideally in system gassing
- Embossed service orientation and joy in dealing with people

- Entrepreneurial thinking, responsible and precise operation Flexibility in service planning
- IT affinity, good PC knowledge as well as experience with cash systems or Reservation systems (ideally TCPOS and Protel)
- Secure communication in German ( oral and written), English knowledge of advantage
- 4-6 weeks in advance with regulated free weekends
- Five weeks vacation, from the 50th. Age 6 weeks Annual, binding holiday planning
