This is what awaits you

• You run the House of Läderach as a unique visitor and experience centre with retail, museum, café, live production, walk-in studio and event area
• You are responsible for budget, revenue, cost and profitability targets for the entire House of Läderach
• You will continuously develop the business areas Retail, Museum & Guided Tours, Corporate Events, Courses, Café, Live Production, Walk-in Atelier and Welcome Desk and tap into new potential
• You provide an outstanding customer experience across all areas
• You define measures, manage cross-divisional projects and make a significant contribution to substantially increasing visitor numbers in the coming years.
• You will work closely with the country team Switzerland and the HQ functions – in particular Retail Switzerland, Marketing, Controlling, Customer Service and Technical Service.
• You ensure efficient processes as well as the highest quality, hygiene and safety standards
• You analyze key figures, derive optimization measures and ensure the achievement of goals
• You develop your managers and employees further and promote a performance- and service-oriented team culture

You bring that with you

• You have a degree, preferably in business administration, marketing or business management, as well as several years of management experience in the areas of events, catering and / or sales
• You have a strong business understanding and assume budget, process and result responsibility
• You can communicate in German and English and inspire with your winning, charming manner
• You convince with customer orientation, initiative, creativity, team spirit and pragmatic solutions
• You get involved, like to work operationally and are ready to be regularly on weekends and public holidays
• You love chocolate – and maybe you’re already a Läderach fan
