This is what awaits you

• You provide reliable and service-oriented 1st and 2nd level support for our international branches (over 200 stores)
• You process incidents and service requests efficiently and solution-oriented and ensure sustainable troubleshooting
• You will continuously develop your own solution competence in the 2nd level and take on increasingly complex topics
• You maintain and create Knowledge Base articles, FAQs and manuals to sustainably improve solution quality and speed
• You support in the preparation and implementation of branch openings and conversions (IT-side)
• You install and configure Store IT systems (POS, network, peripheral) on site or remotely
• You regularly visit our branches and ensure the stability of Store IT
• You participate in the piketting/standby service to ensure operational operations

You bring that with you

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
• First to several years of experience in IT support (1st/2nd level), in a retail or service-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of store IT / retail systems (e.g. POS, network, peripherals)
• High service and customer orientation
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages beneficial
