This is what awaits you

• You are responsible for planning, controlling and implementing IT projects in the areas of product development, production and logistics and ensure successful implementation along the entire value chain
• You control demand management and translate business requirements together with the specialist departments into sustainable solution concepts, roadmaps and efficient processes
• You develop IT solutions for product development, master data, production and quality processes
• You drive the digitalization of production through integration of IoT solutions, machine connections, operational data acquisition and production-related systems
• Together with the departments, you proactively identify optimization potentials, risks and dependencies along the end-to-end processes
• You will be responsible for the introduction and further development of logistics and supply chain solutions such as WMS, TMS and ERP modules and ensure stable system integrations and data flows.
• You coordinate internal and external partners and are responsible for release, change and go-live activities including the sustainable introduction of new solutions
• Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders and ensure compliance with governance, compliance, data protection and security requirements

You bring that with you

• You have an education or study in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience as an IT project manager, ideally with experience in the areas of product development, production, supply chain or logistics
• You understand business, production and logistics processes and ideally have experience with relevant IT solutions such as WMS, TMS, ERP, PLM, BDE, quality or IoT systems as well as their integration
• You are passionate about digitalization, automation and data quality and have a good understanding of scalable solution architectures as well as cloud/SaaS and shop floor technologies
• You will bring in-depth knowledge of classical and agile project management and convince through a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working method
• You are strong in stakeholder management and confidently communicate with departments, IT, external partners and management in German and English
• You distinguish yourself through your own initiative, implementation strength and entrepreneurial thinking and identify with the values and the Charter of Läderach
