- You can independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to on-, off- and crossboarding
- You keep the personnel dossiers and maintain the master data in SAP SuccessFactors and the time recording tool Atoss
- You are the first point of contact for all HR questions of employees and supervisors
- You obtain work permits and carry out the registration process You bring that with you
- You have a basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR officer or HR specialist with eidg. Specialist card
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as an HR officer:
- You communicate verbally as in writing excellent in German and have good knowledge of English;
- Every other language is a plus.
- You are IT-savvy, like to work digitally and excel as a strong team player This is what we offer you
