Tasks

At Klinik Lengg we work in a large interdisciplinary team of almost 70 therapists with in-depth knowledge in various neurological disorders and treatment concepts. The occupational therapy team consists of 16 occupational therapists and 1 activation therapist. We also train students and attach great importance to interprofessional training and team meetings and offer plenty of space for professional exchange and individual promotion in a collegial environment. Through our close interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation, continuous development is possible.

Requirements

  • They lead the field of occupational therapy personnel (around 16 occupational therapists) and ensure efficient operation. You are responsible for the presence and absence management, recruit and accompany new employees during the introduction as well as organize and conduct employee meetings (MAG) and interim meetings.
  • They ensure quality in the field of occupational therapy and continuously develop it further. In addition, you work in the interprofessional management meetings of medical therapies and take over the management or Participation in interprofessional projects
  • They carry out day-to-day and patient-centered ergotherapeutic examinations, findings as well as individual and group therapies (including robotics) and evaluate their effectiveness. Her focus is on neurological rehabilitation in stationary setting
  • They take on administrative tasks such as electronic documentation, writing exit reports and organising a residential outpatient treatment
  • You work closely and interprofessionally with internal and external specialists
  • Participation in internal training courses and boardrooms round off the area of responsibility
