In the operation, we procure high-quality raw materials, produce fresh couvertures and refine them in our manufacture to FrischSchoggi, Pralinés, Truffes and figures. This is what awaits you

• You have overall responsibility for engineering, infrastructure and operational excellence
• You work close to the company and combine strategic foresight with operational implementation
• You will lead four direct and several indirect employees holistically in the areas of technical service, infrastructure, project engineering and continuous improvement.
• You report directly to the COO and act as a strategic and operational sparring partner
• You ensure a stable, secure and scalable technical basis at all production and logistics locations
• You develop and implement a digitalization and scaling strategy to support quality, employees and growth
• You plan and realize production and logistics solutions including new buildings, conversions and extensions and ensure their operational and maintenance suitability

You bring that with you

• You have at least one university degree (FH/uni/ETH) in an engineering subject such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering
• Further qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma, project management certificates or a master’s degree are beneficial
• You have many years of leadership experience in industrial production environments, preferably in the food industry
• You bring a deep understanding of processes, technology and people
• You have proven success in organizational and process development (CI, lean, digitalization) and enjoy operational leadership across multiple technical departments
• You have experience in CAPEX planning, technical standards and lifecycle management and can clearly communicate complex technical topics
• You have very good knowledge of German and strong stakeholder management
