- As a group leader: in repair, you take on the professional and organizational responsibility for a team of three repairers.
- You are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality and service excellence. Your main tasks
- Planning & Coordination: Organize the repair orders for your team and yourself.
- Technical expertise: Perform independent repairs on elevators and escalators.
- Security responsibility: Recognize risks and consistently implement security processes.
- Team leadership & coaching: recruit new employees, monitor the level of training and promote the further development of your team.
- Improve quality: Support the implementation of improvement measures and define training needs together with the service manager.
- Customer Support: Be the face of OTIS towards our customers and build long-term relationships. What you bring
- Completed technical training (electromechanics, mechatronics or equivalent).
- Experience in the repair of elevator installations or similar electromechanical systems.
