• You independently produce short videos, social media content and lifestyle photography for campaigns, digital channels and internal communication - including camera work, lighting and on-site recording
• You create video and image content around our Chief Innovation Officer, who presents his craftsmanship and expertise in chocolate
• You independently produce product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes and stop-motion shots and find creative ways to make our brand a visual experience
• You are responsible for post-production, including video editing, color correction, retouching, image editing and channel-appropriate preparation of the content
• Together with the marketing team, you develop creative ideas and content formats for social media, campaigns and digital touchpoints
• You identify current trends, formats and best practices on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and implement them in a brand-appropriate manner
• You support photo and video recordings for new products, seasonal themes, events and other marketing activities
• You work closely with colleagues from marketing, social media and brand management as well as our Chief Innovation Officer
• You are willing to travel - within Switzerland and internationally This is what you bring with you
• You have several years of experience as a content creator, videographer, photographer or in a comparable creative role
• You have demonstrable experience in photography and videography, ideally in the food, lifestyle or premium consumer goods sectors, and have a meaningful portfolio
• You have mastered professional camera, lighting and Audio setups and can produce content independently
• You work confidently with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop
• After Effects is an advantage) and ideally with other editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or Final Cut
• You know the requirements of modern social media platforms and understand how content works for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels
• You have a strong sense of storytelling, imagery, trends and visual brand communication
• You work independently, organized and with a high level of initiative and impresses with a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail
• You are enthusiastic about social media, digital trends and creative content production
