Role overview
In a context of business development, you join a technical team specialized in telecommunications and videoconferencing composed of engineers and engineers as well as technician and technician.
Your activity is divided between these two areas.
This team plays a central role within the institution and works closely with DTN‐IA network, security, systems and applications teams.
It values knowledge sharing, continuous learning and innovation for patients, patients and in-house teams.
In this role, you master the architecture of the video conferencing system and participate in the coordination of the team's activities.
You conduct end-to-end projects, including on-site studies, advice, orders, facilities, recipe, training and documentation.
You also ensure the operational maintenance of hardware and software equipment, ensuring compliance with procedures and performance standards.
Your role includes proactive and corrective management of fixed and mobile telephony equipment.
You ensure the configuration of equipment, the diagnosis of network problems and the resolution of technical incidents.
You are involved in the renewal, updating and evolution of network equipment, telephony and videoconferencing, while guaranteeing the updating of the inventory (CMDB).
