Full description
As an internal Test Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of test activities within our teams. Your role will be crucial to ensure that all of our software products and solutions meet our institution's quality standards before they start production.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the test strategy for the various projects in line with our overall strategy.
- Coordinate testing efforts with front teams, business analysts, and external providers if necessary.
- Identify, diagnose and track problems and failures using internal bug tracking tools.
- Provide regular reports on the progress of the tests, results achieved and problems encountered.
- Work closely with internal development teams to ensure the quality and stability of applications and systems.
- Participate in project review meetings and propose continuous improvements to test processes.
- Contribute to the creation of automated test scripts.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience of 5 – 10 years as a Test Manager or in a similar role, in a private banking environment.
- Knowledge of testing processes, methodologies and tools such as JIRA and HPQC.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent an asset.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq banking system an asset
- Strong skills in problem solving and analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- French mother tongue and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Residence in Switzerland required
