- Ensure that daily objectives are met in terms of quality, quantity, time and efficiency

- Ensure that daily objectives are met in terms of quality, quantity, time and efficiency
- Daily operational management of the workshop: scheduling, planning and management of absences and day-to-day supervision and coordination of the team
- Provide feedback and feedback related to the operation of the team and contribute to the operational performance of the workshop
- Support the training and development of your direct employees and ensure the proper functioning of the sector
- Collaborate closely with Team Leader Finishing and transversal teams
- Work in conjunction with Industrialization, Quality, Workshop Assistant and Industrialization Project Leaders
- Participate in workshop development projects
- Having completed a technical training course, you have a 2-5 year experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling and/or planning and team management is an asset
