KEY TASKS Analyze oncology medication treatments in collaboration with oncologists.

- Prepare individualized pharmaceutical interviews with patients Ensure communication regarding patient drug treatments during transfers to official pharmacies Participation in the management of drugs of the oncology department Participate in optimizing the drug circuit in oncohemology and develop the necessary procedures Training of health care staff in the area of clinical pharmacy expertise Support of the pharmacist responsible for the management of the pharmacy and the preparer TRAINING REQUIRED You have a Federal Diploma with FPH Specialty in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent You have clinical training in oncology You have expertise in clinical pharmacy: therapeutics, pathologies, pharmaceuticals, therapeutic planning YOUR PROFILE You benefit from at least 3 years of experience in a similar position You have a perfect command of French Mastering English and/or German would be an asset You have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide medical information You show commitment and professional conscience You master the drug research tools and database WE OFFER YOU In addition to an attractive workstation, you will integrate a dynamic team that is looking forward to welcoming you into a human-sized structure.
