- Team management:
- Coordinate, manage and develop the team of apprenticeship supervisors
Main responsibilities
- Team management:
- Coordinate, manage and develop the team of apprenticeship supervisors
- Create a context favorable to the smooth running of activities by promoting communication, generating a climate of trust and contributing to the cohesion of the group
- Develop relationships with those involved in professional training
- Ensure compliance with orders, training plans and facilitate the feedback of information
- Participate occasionally in events linked to the promotion of professions Operational management:
- Make investments for the training center / guarantee the infrastructure for the professions / means of production / tools
- Support the opening of new potential learning sectors
- Collaborate with the various internal and external contacts in connection with professional training to organize training and manage priorities
- Develop the performance of the entity by using management tools Profile

- HES Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Holder of a CFC, an asset
