Role overview
Within the Innovation Centre, you are involved in the deployment and promotion of the Digital Platforms Concerto and My Espace PRO to health professionals, collaborators and collaborators of the HUGs, as well as patients.
Guided by the project leaders Mon Espace PRO and Concerto, you provide support to administrative, organisational and operational activities related to the development of the platforms.
As part of your missions, you will: Welcome, educate, guide and accompany the users of Concerto and Mon Espace PRO, both in front of you and at a distance, to facilitate their ownership of the platforms and their access to digital services.
- Within the Innovation Centre, you are involved in the deployment and promotion of the Digital Platforms Concerto and My Espace PRO to health professionals, collaborators and collaborators of the HUGs, as well as patients.
- Guided by the project leaders Mon Espace PRO and Concerto, you provide support to administrative, organisational and operational activities related to the development of the platforms.
