Application process
- You develop new business applications in the financial sector and expand existing ones in the Microsoft stack.
- You work closely with the banking-related departments, understand requirements and banking processes in detail first and foremost solutions with suitable technologies (AI, low code, classic programming - you proactively recognize optimization and digitalization opportunities in the departments and bring concrete implementation proposals.
- You work on the development of our applications in the long term – with a lot of design scope and a high proportion of new development.
- You are close to the subject and to the user needs – with regular local exchange (Zurich/Zug) and short feedback cycles for quick improvements. Requirements
- A higher computer science training, at least 8 years of experience in software development in the Microsoft environment and 3 years of experience in a comparable interface function.
- Well-founded experience in the Microsoft stack with a focus on.NET/C#, software architecture and solution design; knowledge in blazor and/or angular are a plus - interest in actively identifying digitization and automation opportunities and translating them into sustainable solutions.
