HOW DO YOU HAVE A IMPACT?
As Senior Operations & BI Controller, you act as a true Business Partner with the Customer Service Directorate (CS) and associated operations. Attached to the Financial Directorate, you control financial performance, ensure the reliability of the analyses and manage the acceleration of the digitalization of the service.
Budgetary Pilotage & Financial Closings
- Build, frame and challenge the annual budget of the Customer Service Department (OPEX, productivity, staff).
- Manage forecasts (Rolling Forecast) and ensure the quality of accounting/analytical (Cost of Sales, Inventory, Supplies) fences while consolidating the P&L Global CS.
Business Partnering & Performance Animation
- Define and analyze financial and operational KPIs (repair and restoration).
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with CS Branch and engage operational teams on financial issues (cost culture, efficiency).
Stock Management & Control
- To ensure the recovery, monitoring of depreciation/obsolescence and control of the Customer Service's component/part stocks, while participating in physical inventories.
Digital Transformation & Reference BI
- Act as Key-User and refer to Looker to create and develop automated decision-making reports, modernize analytical tools and digitize information flows.
Analysis of Industrial Variance & Precious Metals
- finely analyse the differences between standard and actual costs for production workshops (purchase price variations, labour, machinery).
- Participate in monitoring and controlling the flow of Precious Metals to ensure the versatility and security of risks within the team.
THE KEY OF YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS!
- Training & Experience: Advanced Master's degree in Finance, Management Control or Business School, with confirmed experience (Senior) in Industrial Management Control or Operations.
- Languages: Current proficiency in English (oral and written), essential to interact with the Group's international teams and global CS platforms.
- BI & Digitalization Expertise: Proven mastery of Business Intelligence tools, with real expertise on Looker (creating dashboards, automation), as well as excellent ERP (SAP) and Excel mastery.
- Posture Business Partner: Excellent relationship, ability to challenge constructively, pedagogy and ease to communicate with operational and management interlocutors.
- Initiative & Rigor: Autonomy, proposal strength in process optimization, analytical rigor and adaptability to evolve in a versatile environment.
