Tasks
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in the assigned subject areas – from job advertisement to contract conclusion – in close cooperation with the managers
- Advising and supporting all employees of their departments in all personnel-relevant issues with practical solution orientation and sound expertise
- Management and organization of day-to-day operations in human resources management with high implementation strength and hands-on mentality
- Contributing to the continuous optimization and strategic development of our HR tools, processes and standards
- Active participation in the modernisation of human resources – in particular by promoting innovative and digital solutions
- Introducing new impulses and actively driving change and development processes
Requirements
- Completed university studies with deepening or further education in the HR area or alternatively comparable training with several years of relevant professional experience in the HR environment
- Several years of experience in recruitment, organizational design and strategic development of HR processes – They combine operational strength with strategic foresight
- Experience in public service or administration? A plus, but not a must
- SAP-HCM is familiar to you, and digital tools and new technologies inspire you
