Start date: 1st August 2026 or as agreed · Bruderholz, Nursing · Job reference: 12903 · Permanent position Responsibilities: • Responsibility for specialist development on assigned stations, in collaboration with the Nursing Research and Clinical Practice Department • Co-responsibility for the implementation of station goals, ensuring nursing quality, and ensuring the sustainability of Lean Hospital • Consultation and coaching of employees, as well as introduction, training, and implementation of nursing guidelines, operating instructions, and concepts • Member of the station management committee in the sense of shared governance • Defined participation in the direct care of patients Requirements: • Nursing diploma with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree or still in training • Experience in surgical and/or orthopedic nursing • Strong personality with good organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility • Enthusiasm and excellent team player qualities • Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital environment Benefits: Love bargains?

Key requirements
