- You take responsibility for complaint management in the CH market incl.
- Moderation and management of complaint meetings, control of escalation processes and overview of the relevant key figures
- You have completed technical training (e.g. professional teaching as a polymechanical, automatic, etc.) and brings a pronounced technical understanding as well as a further education in the commercial or technical field with (HF/FH)
- You bring min. 3 years of professional experience in the service environment with – knowledge in quality management are a plus - you work structured, independent and like to take responsibility
Main responsibilities
- You take responsibility for complaint management in the CH market incl.
- Moderation and management of complaint meetings, control of escalation processes and overview of the relevant key figures
- You define targeted measures together with the specialist areas, follow their implementation and ensure a sustainable effectiveness
- In close cooperation with internal interfaces (second level support, development, etc.), you are looking for a smooth process and continuous improvement
- In complex or critical cases, you are directly involved with the customer Documentation and coordination of calibrations and procurements
Key requirements
- You have completed technical training (e.g. professional teaching as a polymechanical, automatic, etc.) and brings a pronounced technical understanding as well as a further education in the commercial or technical field with (HF/FH)
- You bring min. 3 years of professional experience in the service environment with – knowledge in quality management are a plus - you work structured, independent and like to take responsibility
- The handling of different stakeholders is easy for you – you communicate clearly, solution-oriented and at eye level
- you step up safely and professionally towards customers and keep an overview even in challenging situations
- you are a team player with high flexibility and commitment
- language skills: German and French (veracting) English of advantage
