Role overview

Tasks - End-to-end processes in the sales & distribution environment (e.g.

Lead-to-cash, order-to-cash) quickly capture, analyze and identify optimization potential with regard to sales, efficiency and customer experience

  • Act as a central bridge between the department and development, with a sound understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and e-commerce systems as well as their integration and support
  • Manage stakeholders in the sales environment: balance the different interests of sales, marketing, customer service and management, create a basis for decision-making and bring about viable solutions
  • End-to-end responsibility in the lead-to-cash process: Consider the effects of changes along the entire value chain
  • from lead generation to offers and orders to invoicing and after-sales
  • Ensuring quality and feasibility: Formulate requirements in such a way that they are technically correct, testable and technically feasible, including clear acceptance criteria and close coordination with development and quality assurance
  • Requirements
  • Several years of experience as an IT business analyst in the areas of sales, ordering, delivery and/or returns processes
  • Good understanding of SAP
  • knowledge of process analysis, requirements management and agile methods
  • understanding of interfaces to areas such as: logistics/master data/pricing/customer service/e-commerce/finance
