Section Coordinator (Control and Coordination) — Confederazione Svizzera

Company and context

• Support managers in operational and organizational control by analysing activities across departments, identifying risks, vulnerabilities and potential for improvement and proposing appropriate measures
• Assuming professional responsibility for the quality and risk management systems, acting as ISO 9001 coordinator and risk manager, supervising business processes, tracking improvement measures and coordinating the internal control system (ICS)
• Organising, structuring and harmonising information and documentation of the section, ensuring the traceability of decisions and promoting the flow of information and cooperation between the bodies involved
• Perform cross-divisional orders and participate in projects by representing the interests and needs of the section and ensuring their inclusion in the ongoing work
• university degree at bachelor level (economic, political or social sciences, business administration, international relations or, where applicable, technical field) or equivalent education;
• Experience in a coordination function as well as training or practical experience in quality and risk management are advantageous
• Strong analysis, synthesis and organizational skills as well as a strong solution and result orientation
• Very good skills in communication, cross-divisional coordination and cooperation with different stakeholders
• Independent, proactive and structured personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of a second official language
