- Lead and continuously improve Hitachi Energy's local Sales & Operations Planning (S ) process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Facilitate monthly S reviews and executive meetings, providing insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and build consensus
- Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies for a broad portfolio of critical products, leveraging market intelligence and data analytics
- Monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory performance, and production adherence to drive business improvements
- Lead and support strategic initiatives, representing the planning organization in cross-functional and continuous improvement programs
- Drive process optimization through digital solutions, analytics, and best practices to enhance planning excellence
