- You take care of the recording and smooth processing of orders and orders – so that everything arrives at our customers as it should

Main responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers – whether it is picking up new goods, ordering products or returning items that did not fit
- You take care of the recording and smooth processing of orders and orders – so that everything arrives at our customers as it should
- With your advice you help our customers to find the perfect product – whether directly in the shop or together in our online shop
- You get to where it is needed: fill up store shelves, keep the showroom shiny and handle the daily transfer of goods – you keep the store running
- Behind the scenes you are also in demand: You work on customer concerns in customer service and ensure that no concern remains unheard.

- No training/further education required German (negotiable) English (flowing): Other languages are advantageous
