Role overview
The ArtHUG department is looking for a committed and creative professional or professional to join its team and actively contribute to the development of its cultural missions within the HUG.
In close collaboration with the head of the ArtHUG service, you are involved in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of activities, while also taking part in the strategic reflection and implementation of ArtHUG's guidelines, while respecting institutional values and objectives.

- At the heart of your responsibilities, you imagine, design and develop innovative cultural projects for the ArtHUG service, adapted to the hospital context and to the various audiences involved, whether they are patients, staff or relatives.
- You ensure the operational management of these projects for ArtHUG, from the planning and coordination of internal and external actors to administrative, budgetary and temporal management.
Main responsibilities
- At the heart of your responsibilities, you imagine, design and develop innovative cultural projects for the ArtHUG service, adapted to the hospital context and to the various audiences involved, whether they are patients, staff or relatives.
- You ensure the operational management of these projects for ArtHUG, from the planning and coordination of internal and external actors to administrative, budgetary and temporal management.
- You also make sure to assess the impact of the actions carried out and propose ways to improve in line with the missions of humanisation of care and the enhancement of ArtHUG's artistic heritage.
- Your role also includes an important communication dimension.
- You contribute to the development of the ArtHUG communication strategy and design communication plans tailored to the various media, whether printed, digital or for social media.
- You participate in cultural mediation and maintain a privileged link with the public, in close collaboration with the HUG teams and external partners, in order to enhance the visibility and scope of ArtHUG's actions.
